许多朋友反馈说，安装完成arcgis之后，启动arcmap会有下面的代码提示，并且无法启动。
Provide your license server administrator with the following information:
Error Code = -15
Cannot connect to license server system.
The license server manager (lmgrd) has not been started yet,
the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the
port or hostname in the license file has been changed.
Feature: ARC/INFO
Server name: localhost
License path: @localhost;
FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,570
解决方案
点开这个 license server administrator然后点启动服务，就可以运行了。这是因为安装完成之后license server被自动停止。
